At LaraSoft, we like to try and have fun with what we do, but something we take extremely seriously is your right to privacy. There are very few instances where we require personal information from you but rest assured that if we do so, your information is completely secure and never divulged to any third parties. Period.

What security measures do you have in place?

Believe us or not, we have a standalone system with no direct network or internet access with a sole responsibility for protecting and storing your information. Any information we receive from you is directly moved to this secure system and wiped from every other location. This data is also encrypted and password protected.

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Controlling your personal information

We believe you should have the ability to request and to view any and all information held upon you whenever you wish.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee of £5 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to personalinfo @ larasoft.co.uk. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Please allow us up to 14 days to comply and supply you with the information you requested. All requests will be processed.
